I thought today I’d do a quick cut and paste of the new main courses from our Brasserie menu. I speak from experience when I say it’s well worth a visit. The Brasserie is open all day to residents and non residents. Executive head chef Paul has done a great job with these menus – he came to us from Manning’s in Truro and brought a great reputation which is being quickly proven.
