School Proms

The end of an era deserves a spectacular send off. Drive up the long sweeping driveway to our beautifully lit hotel. With the our stunning castle on one side and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean on the other, gather your friends, make some memories, and take some incredible photos while you're at it.

Dress to impress

Whether you're rocking a floor length gown, cute cocktail dress, or are arriving fully suited and booted, dress to impress for an occasion to remember. With 72 acres of grounds, we have so many beautiful photo opportunities, from incredible selfie spots to perfect locations for professional photography.

Every school prom deserves an incredible feast. We can cater for any dietary requirements so please give us a heads up ahead of your event. We've included a sample menu below for you to take a look at, but please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team to discuss your plans

    Starters

    Leek and potato soup with a chive crème frâiche

    Salad of smoked chicken, bacon and avocado with a mango chilli dressing

    Tregenna prawn and crab cocktail, seafood mayonnaise, and lemon

    Coarse West Country terrine with caramelised onion compôte and sourdough crisps

    Mains

    Roast breast of Cornish chicken
    Dauphinoise potatoes, tender stem broccoli, and chicken reduction

    Local topside of beef
    Roasted pink and served with chateau potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and red wine jus

    Baked salmon fillet
    With a fricassée of peas, broad beans, and wild mushrooms in a parmesan cream sauce

    Roasted vegetable and pesto arancini
    With rocket and Parmesan salad and roasted vine tomato sauce

    Desserts

    White and dark chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce and salted caramel ice cream

    Treacle tart with Cornish clotted cream and vanilla purée

    Seasonal fruit and berry fool with brandy snaps and mixed berry sauce

    Lemon cheese cake with lemon crème anglaise and lemon sorbet

    Pricing

    Although the above is a sample menu, once your options are finalised we offer this as a set menu to all guests of your school prom. Please ask each student to select one option per course for £20.50 per person.
