Membership of The Tregenna Homes Holiday Club
You become a Member of Tregenna Homes by purchasing a part share in one of our Holiday Homes. This can be for just one week, multiple weeks to run concurrently or multiple weeks split for Holidays at different times of the year.
The Holiday Homes are purchased normally on a twenty five year lease, and the price for each week is based on the time of the year chosen for your holiday and the property chosen.
If you enjoy quality holidays and take them on a regular basis, our Holiday Club quite simply makes sense. The quality of your holiday home is assured and the financial savings, when compared to renting, are considerable.

As a member of RCI you will have access to extra weeks of holiday accommodation throughout the world, at competitive prices with RCI ‘Extra Weeks’. In addition, through your Tregenna Holiday Homes Golden Key Club membership card, extra weeks of self catering and hotel accommodation at discount prices will also be available to you here at Tregenna Castle.

The Tregenna Homes Holiday Club has been affiliated to RCI for many years and in fact, many of the Tregenna Holiday Homes Club members maintain their membership with RCI. This has enabled them to enjoy luxury holidays, both here and around the world, at a fraction of the cost of renting through normal travel agents. The quality of holiday accommodation, only available through RCI, is not only better priced but is also far superior to what is normally available through other renting routes. If you wish to holiday abroad this is another member benefit open to you, and you will soon recover your initial investment in the savings you make on holiday rental charges.
Maintenance & Members’ Interests
Holiday Club Members elect a committee to look after the Member’s interests. The committee has agreed a contract with Tregenna Castle Hotel Ltd to clean, maintain and generally manage the properties on your behalf. Each week purchased gives you one vote in your Club Committee.
For every week purchased there is an annual maintenance charge, this charge is non profit making and is used to pay for cleaning the property upon your departure, and for fresh bed linen and towels. Other costs that are covered within the maintenance fee include, redecoration, TV licence, council tax, water rates, replacement of broken items etc. Part of the maintenance fund is placed into a sinking fund for future refurbishment of the property.
The maintenance charge is linked to the Government’s Retail Price Index for the full term of your membership, thus ensuring that your maintenance costs will not escalate out of control.
Our Code of Practice
We guarantee a pleasant informal presentation without pressure and a written quotation. Should you decide to apply for membership, full documentation will be given to you to take to your solicitor or financial advisor, if necessary. We will require full payment or a deposit to secure your application fourteen days thereafter, giving you plenty of time to consider your purchase in depth.
